Dr. Evan Kerr was born in Harleysville, Pennsylvania but has been a resident of Maryland since graduating in 2021.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Dr. Kerr and his wife, Dr. Baumler, live in downtown Annapolis with their son who was born in 2023. They also are the proud pet parents of two cats named Lord Commander and Luna. In his free time, Dr. Kerr enjoys visiting local restaurants/breweries, playing sports (soccer and golf), listening to music, and watching movies and TV shows.
Favorite Part of My Job
He enjoys building lifelong relationships with his clients and their pets while working to provide them with the best care possible. His professional interests include ultrasonography, dentistry, and internal medicine.
Why I Chose This Profession
Since he was young, he has always appreciated the connection that people have with their pets, and it is this connection that inspired him to pursue veterinary medicine. He is very grateful to have achieved his lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian and honored by the trust placed in him, not only by his patients, but also by the people that love them.
Education
Dr. Kerr received his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in 2017 and earned his veterinary degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
